At the Dementia Support Network we do not have set services we offer - Dementia is an illness that does not have any rules so we try to offer what is needed at the time. Reach out and let us know if you have someone in need of assistance
Dementia care specialist
We can provide assistance through education around dementia, care planning and referrals
Aged Care placement
Do you need help to understand or find an aged care placement for your loved one - we have an aged care specialist that can help.
Younger onset dementia
Under 65 years of age and have a diagnosis of dementia. You can access the NDIS for full support
As we are a very small organisation with no Government funding - all services are means tested
